Founded In 1953
Collège Saint Elie Btina, located in UNESCO – Mazraa area, was founded in 1953 by a group of intellectual persons from Mazraa and Msaytbeh area. The school started with three buildings and with 150 students and reached 1300 students in year 2000. Since its foundation, the school’s mission is to educate the children of the surrounding community in particular and the country in general to any social class they belonged to and without discrimination, to build the personality of a human being who believes in God, who belongs to the nation, and who is active in his society.
